What’s inside a testing report

Every report below follows the same format. We name the local carrier networks the eSIM connects to, walk through the activation steps on real devices, and describe how the connection performed for browsing, maps, and streaming. Reports also list which providers we tested for that destination and explain the reasoning behind our pick, so you can see the evidence, not just the verdict.

We test on the same three handsets across every destination: an iPhone 15 Pro Max, a Galaxy S24 Ultra, and a Pixel 8 Pro. Using the same hardware everywhere keeps activation and speed observations comparable from one report to the next. Full methodology details live on our how we test page.
